The original Snuffy story, written and illustrated by Dick Bruna, is the story of a Miffy's dog Snuffy, which with a strong sense of justice.
When a mother loses her little daughter, Snuffy comes to the rescue! The story of Snuffy uses Dick Bruna's award-winning rhymes and bold colours to tell a heartwarming story.
Here is Snuffy as a cuddly, soft friend, with a sweet smile and made from soft corduroy.
Dick Bruna was a legendary Dutch illustrator. He first became famous with his children's books about Nijntje, now better known as Miffy, which he created in 1955.
Inspired by Matisse, Picasso and Braque, Dick Bruna's characters are minimal but still full of life and details. He once said: "What matters to me is reducing everything to its essence so that no line is redundant. That is the strength of simplicity: The art of omission".
Snuffy makes for a lovely gift to all Miffy fans, and is suitable from birth and onwards.
