These are our Terms & Conditions. Below you’ll find an overview of shipping costs, delivery time, returns, etc. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Get in touch – we are here to help.
We ship most items across the world, but please contact us for a shipping quote if you are ordering outside of Europe, including Norway and Switzerland. Make sure to write which product(s) you are interested in, as well as country and zip code for final destination.
For Danish orders, we have a flat fee shipping rate. We charge DKK 29 on all orders shipped within Denmark. For European orders, we charge DKK 69 on all orders. These prices are subject to change.
For Danish orders, we ship with GLS and ship to a pick up location near your given delivery address. For international orders, we use several carriers depending on availability and prices. The carrier will be specified in the “Order shipped” email, which you will receive once your package is on its way.
All in-stock orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Custom/made-to-order products are typically shipped 4-8 weeks after your order, depending on the product. Expected lead time is specified under each product description. If you have any questions about lead time, please contact us.
The normal delivery time from the package has left the warehouse is:
1-3 working days to Denmark
5-7 working days to Europe
6-10 working days to the remaining destinations
Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please make sure you inspect your package(s) upon receipt. If there are signs of damages to the box, please make sure you check the content before signing off. As soon as you have signed for the goods, they have been accepted as is – so please make sure they are in good condition. In all cases, please sign for the goods “with reservation” (in Danish: “kvittere med forbehold”). That allows us to contact the freight company if a product turns out to be damaged, even when there are no signs visible from the outside.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service immediately. Please include as many details as possible in your email including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with a product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we have received your return, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, please include a detailed description of the problem if you have a claim.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
You always have a 24 months warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be send to us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither STUDIO MINI, nor any employee or representative of STUDIO MINI will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Any dispute arising between a customer and STUDIO MINI will be settled in accordance with Danish Legislation. Venue is the court of Copenhagen. European customers: You may file your complaint online using the European Online Dispute Resolution, which can be used to try to reach an out-of-court settlement: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
