We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
All prices include 25% VAT, although this is not applicable if you’re shopping from a non-EU country. Keep in mind, though, that local import duty and tax costs may apply for those of you shopping from outside EU. We cannot be kept reliable for any import duty added to your order.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. You can tell if SSL is enabled because a padlock will display at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

Danish standard packages are shipped with GLS at the following fees:
GLS pick up point: DKK 39,-
At work delivery: DKK 49,-
At home delivery: DKK 69,-
Bulky, oversized and heavy items, which need delivery on a pallet, are shipped by truck and delivered directly to your home starting at DKK 149,-.
Orders to Europe & the rest of the world are typically shipped with UPS, and shipping fee depends on weight, dimensions of the package and final delivery destination. You will see an estimated shipping fee once you add an item to your cart. This fee will be finalised once you reach checkout.
Please note, we offer international shipping on everything but furniture. Furniture, and all other items, ship within the European Union.
All in-stock orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Custom/made-to-order products are typically shipped 4-8 weeks after your order, depending on the product. Expected lead time is specified under each product description. If you have any questions about lead time, please contact us.
The normal delivery time from the package has left the warehouse is:
1-3 working days to Denmark
5-7 working days to Europe
6-10 working days to the remaining destinations
Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please make sure you inspect your package(s) upon receipt. If there are signs of damages to the box, please make sure you check the content before signing off. As soon as you have signed for the goods, they have been accepted as is – so please make sure they are in good condition. In all cases, please sign for the goods “with reservation” (in Danish: “kvitterer med forbehold”). That allows us to contact the freight company if a product turns out to be damaged, even when there are no signs visible from the outside.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service immediately. Please include as many details as possible in your email including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with a product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we have received your return, we will refund the value of the purchased product excluding the original freight cost.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, please include a detailed description of the problem if you have a claim.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
WARRANTYYou always have a 24-months warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither STUDIO MINI, nor any employee or representative of STUDIO MINI will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Any dispute arising between a customer and STUDIO MINI will be settled in accordance with Danish Legislation. Venue is the court of Copenhagen. European customers: You may file your complaint online using the European Online Dispute Resolution, which can be used to try to reach an out-of-court settlement: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
